Managing entities via the Master Data page
Entities managed by the Master Data page can be accessed by going to Settings>Master Data>Master Data Maintenance
Entities available to be managed via this screen are listed on the left. Select an entity.
Viewing
All records for this entity will be listed when the entity is selected.
Adding
To add a new record, go to the Options menu in the top right and select 'Add'.
The Add modal for the record will then be created. Enter the required values and select 'Add'. Any fields that reference other entities will be displayed as either drop-down boxes, or fields with options, and only allowed values will be available.
Click 'Add' to add the record.
Editing
To edit a record, select the Edit (pencil) icon beside the record.
Edit the required values and then select 'Save'.
Deleting
To delete a record, select the Edit (pencil) icon beside the record.
Select 'Delete' on the modal.
