Load Calendar
The Load Calendar view provides a way to display the loads on a time-based calendar. You can see by day the loads that are scheduled and what times they are schedule to arrive at the winery. Moreover you can adjust the timing right in the calendar.
The Load Calendar can be filtered by choosing the site, start date (defaults to today) and the duration or how long from the start date you want to bring the data down.
Once the criteria have been selected, hit 'Go'. You'll see calendar display with the scheduled loads.
If you want to change the time on the load, hold the Shift key on your keyboard while you click and drag the card up or down with your mouse.
If you want to see more info about the Load cards, just hover your mouse over the card to see more.
Filter Button
The "Filter" button allows you to quickly get do the loads you want to work on. Note: this filters the data that was downloaded to the browser when you selected the site, start date and duration.
You can chose any combination of filters to widdle down the loads you want to focus on. You'll notice that you have something filtered as there will be a little filter icon on the left-hand side of the "Filter" button
Show By Receiving Area
Within the Load Calendar page, you can switch between seeing the data by date or by Receiving Area. When you click on the "Show By Receiving Area" button, you'll see loads scheduled for a given day across the Receiving Areas for the site you're looking at. There is also a special Receiving Area called "NONE". This is used when a Load hasn't been associated with a Receiving Area.
If you want to change the time on the load and/or move it to a different Receiving Area, hold the Shift key on your keyboard while you click and drag the card with your mouse.
Unconfirmed loads
Amongh the different statuses for each load, there is the "Unconfirmed" status. This is the default status when creating a load. Loads with this status can be treated a little differently in the Receiving Area perspective. You can select multiple "Unconfirmed" loads and move them to the Receiving Area that you want and a certain time.
Start by clicking on the "Show unconfirmed loads" button.
Select the "Unconfirmed" loads you want to move
Click on the Action button.
Choose the Receiving Area you want to move them to along with a new time.
Remember, you can use the Filter button in this mode to isoloate the loads you want to focus on.
