Tasting Actions

After creating actions in the Tasting Notes Detail you’ll want to share those actions with the cellar. There are a few ways to do this.

• Exporting out the raw Action data

• Leveraging the Action Reports

Get to the main Tasting Actions page

• In the vinoEZ navigation bar, click on “Tasting Notes”

• In the dropdown, click on “Tasting Actions”.

Reviewing and Exporting the Actions data

• In the “Actions” tab, you’ll find a set of criteria to choose from.

  • Vessel ID

  • Lot Code

  • From Date

  • To Date

  • Location

  • Type - this is the type of tasting note action

  • After choosing your criteria, click on the “Go!” button

  • Here you can also flag the action as complete by clicking the “Status”.

  • You can also delete an action here as well.

• To export

  • Once the data is presented, you can click on the “Export” button (with Excel icon).

Action Reports

• Click on the “Reports” tab.

• Choose the location.

• Choose the report.

• Choose the date of scheduled actions.

• Click the “Go!” button.
