Harvest Scheduler

The Harvest Scheduler module within the iOS app allows picks for the next 14 days to be managed. The module gives the ability to:

  1. View existing picks and loads

  2. Update picks and loads

  3. Add picks and loads

Viewing Existing Picks and Loads

The first view seen when accessing the Harvest Scheduler module in the iOS app is the main pick screen. This shows picks already scheduled for the next 14 days.

For each day, there is a summary of pick information, with the total number of loads and total quantity scheduled to be picked. Each pick is the then listed.

For each pick, detailed information can also be seen on the main view.

Further information, along with a mapped location of the block, can then be seen by clicking on the pick

Editing Existing Picks and Loads

Editing Picks

The quantity and date of a pick can be changed within the main pick screen.

Comments can also be added against the pick by tapping on the Comments row, and then selecting 'Add' to add a new comment.

Editing and Adding Loads

When within an existing Pick, existing loads can be viewed by tapping the 'Loads' section. A summary of all loads is then shown at the top of the screen, followed by details for each load (scrolling down will move through the loads).

Each individual load can be edited by altering the required data, or clicking on the picklist fields (for example 'Crews' and 'Hauler'.

Adding a Load

A new load can be added by scrolling to the bottom of existing loads and selecting the 'Add Load' button.

Information for the load can then be entered. The summary data at the top of the view will update to include the new load.

Adding a New Pick

New Picks (and associated loads) can be added by selecting the '+' on the main pick screen.

Select the block for the pick by tapping on the required block. Listed blocks can be searched using the Search option at the top of the screen or filtered using the 'Filter' option at the bottom of the screen

Enter the information for the Pick, and then select to Save. (Note the Save button will only enable when a quantity has been added).
