1. Topping Group - the name of the topping group 2. Initial End Date - the planned debarrel date for the topping group. This is a required date and drives the logic when setting activities with a cadence for the topping group. (See [Barrel Planning Site Data](/barrel-planning-1/barrel-planning-site-data.md#operations-cadence)) 3. Topping Vessel Number (optional) - the vessel that will be used to top the topping group 4. Owner - the name of the person responsible for managing the topping group ## Oak Template Setup Oak Templates are another way of planning out a set of activities with a cadence. An Oak Template is a group of activities, with cadences, that can then be applied on the [Main View](/barrel-planning-1/main-view.md). For example, if, in general, all chardonnay barrels have a standard starting set of activities, a template can be created which can then be applied to any chardonnay.
