Scale House

The Scale House view provides a list of all loads scheduled into a particular site for a selected day. As loads come into the receiving area they can then be added regarding the load actuals and destination vessels.

When the Scale House view is first loaded, select a site and a date. (The date will default to today).

Receiving Area Tab

Once a site and date have been selected, scheduled loads are displayed, grouped by Receiving Area.

Any loads without a receiving area assigned are listed at the bottom.

Load data, including receiving times, blends and quantity can be added at the scale house, and a weigh tag can be added to each load.

Loads can also be reassigned to a different receiving area (on the far right of the load data).

Vessels Tab

Loads can also be viewed grouped by assigned vessels, by selecting the 'Vessels' tab.

Loads without an assigned vessel are shown at the top of the list. Loads with an assigned vessel then follow this.

Again the load data can be edited in the same manner as on the Receiving Area tab.
